First training of the year

Pulling some fast starts on the track so we can cruise on down to the bottom of the hill at break neck speeds.

In doubles it's all about being in perfect unison. At the start we work on focuses in on how we are going to navigate ourselves for the run. Once we pull off the handles there is not a chance to talk to each other. So, being very focused and calm is the key to going fast. Do we look like 2 people that in 40 second will be doing 80mph down an icy shoot?

There is always a feeling of success when you finish you run and you realize that you are still in on piece.
